PRODUCT REVIEWS

Caffeine Anhydrous (300mg)

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system by blocking adenosine, a neurotransmitter that normally causes a calming effect in the body. Ingestion of caffeine prior to exercise has been found to provide extended endurance in moderately strenuous training.

DiCaffeine Malate (34mg)

Infinergy (Di-Caffeine Malate) is a patented ingredient developed by innovative supplement ingredient supplier Creative Compounds. Infinergy is a precise combination of caffeine and malic acid fused together using an ionic bond into a compound known as di-caffeine malate. Infinergy contains approximately 75% caffeine and 25% malic acid by molecular weight. The malic acid in Infinergy works to buffer the salts in caffeine, allowing for easier digestion whilst also replenishing the energy produced by caffeine, which helps to minimise the dreaded post-caffeine energy ‘crash’.

N-Acetyl Tyrosine (1.5g)

Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and a precursor for epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. These chemicals primarily produce alertness, increased energy and improved mental focus.

Huperzine A (5mg)

Huperzine is a cognitive enhancer that increases levels of acetylcholine and muscle contraction. It’s a crucial ingredient that helps make Firefight one of the best pre workout supplements available.

L-Citrulline (2g)

Citrulline is a non-essential, non-protein amino acid that forms during the urea cycle and forms ornithine when combined with carbon dioxide. Research has shown that Citrulline supplementation can increase your resistance and endurance training by increasing blood Arginine levels (even better than Arginine supplementation itself). You can expect improved muscle endurance, more blood flow/circulation, decreased muscle soreness and less fatigue during training.

L-Tyrosine (1.5g)

Tyrosine or 4-hydroxyphenylalanine is one of the 20 standard amino acids that are used by cells to synthesize proteins. It is a non-essential amino acid with a polar side group. Tyrosine is a popular dietary supplement used to improve alertness, attention and focus. It produces important brain chemicals that help nerve cells communicate and may even regulate mood.

Beta Alanine (3.2g)

The body naturally produces a large amount of hydrogen ions during intense training, which creates an acidic environment. This drop in pH inhibits your body from maintaining forceful contractions. Beta Alanine increases muscle carnosine concentrations, which stabilizes muscle pH and soaks up hydrogen ions. This acts as a powerful intracellular buffer which increases strength, power and muscular endurance.

Betaine Anhydrous (2.5g)

Betaine acts as a methyl group donor to help reduce homocysteine levels and convert it into methionine. It has been suggested in clinical studies to improve muscle strength and power production. Betaine also increases levels of SAM-e, which have been linked to improved mood and cognitive function.

Taurine (1g)

Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid, but it is often referred to as an amino acid, a chemical that is a required building block of protein. Can help functioning of heart ventricles.

L-Taurine (1g)

Taurine is the second most abundant amino acid in the body. It is mostly present in striated type 2 muscle fibers. Taurine supplementation aids in controlled movement of water in and out of the muscle which promotes proper hydration and fluid levels. During training, taurine levels drop and force output decreases, specifically in fast twitch muscle fibers. Supplementing with taurine allows for the muscle to maintain proper taurine levels, which increases muscular endurance.
